Each stock has a market capitalization of less than $500 million, a float of no more than 70% of outstanding shares, and a share price of $5 or less. Do you own due diligence. When it goes above $5, it is removed from the list. Also there are 15 Small Cap Deals to look at for the 1st half of April.
